perfect and exceptionally nice location right next to the sea was a plus. and we were close enough to downtown core, and spain and portugal, where oranges are abundant and cheap.

Ideal location, right by Horta Harbour, liked this place. Positioned in the good area, near the Marina, bars and restaurants, and the fish/seafood restaurants.

Efficient staff, spectacular views of the sea and harbour, everything is very good. It has excellent location, 0.5 miles away from the airport. And it's close to restaurants and bars.

It has magnificent and nice location to everything the next door rooms were doing. A 10-minute walk will take you to Trigo Azul, where you can eat.

A lot of good food at breakfast time. Lovely building, neat and updated rooms. Magnificent location, just a short stroll away from Azores Ocean Observatory. 5 minutes walk to a bus station.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

Everyone who works in the hotel is attentive and competent. It has EXCEPTIONALly nice and ideal location extremely close to Horta Historic Center.

The breakfast was extensive with many selections and the pool was lovely. Liked the room with stunning views to pico island, my bed was comfy.

The staff was polite and delivered nice service. Stunning location to attractions like Horta Historic Center, that was a couple of blocks away from the hotel. The property was set in a great area. I visited the sports bar and tried the soft drinks.

Truly enjoyed this good looking hotel, easy to find. I was satisfied with bright and absolutely gorgeous rooms complete with unbeatable views and the bathroom, for instance. The location was stunning, a couple of blocks away from old town There was a harbor and hills a short walk to the place. Horta airport was hardly 15 minutes away by car. The pool was good and I had soft drinks in the sports bar.

The pillows were tiny and lumpy: almost made it impossible to sleep; the qualtiy of the food was poor. This doesn't deserve to be classed as a 4-star hotel.

It was incredible to be just steps away from the bustling marina and all the great restaurants. The staff at this place were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for, including a cozy sitting area and a private balcony where I could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The service was top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and even a welcome drink upon arrival. the level of comfort and quality at this hotel was truly exceptional.
